To provide housing and service options for elders, with
emphasis on serving a diverse population and giving priority to those with
limited financial resources and inadequate support systems.
To achieve this mission, we promise to:
Promote the physical,
emotional, social and spiritual health of Mount Pleasant Home
residents in a warm, caring environment that encourages independence
and enables residents to "age in place" as long as possible.
Assure the financial
soundness of the home.
Develop and maintain a
competent, compassionate and professional staff.
Conduct the business of
the home in a manner that is guided by the highest ethical principles
and is consistent with the spirit and intent of its founders.
Seek means and resources
to promote relationships with the external community.
