Hester Frost

September 27, 1919 - January 9, 2008

Hester lived at Mount Pleasant Home from February 2004 to December 2007. Always graceful and sporting a big smile, Hester was the picture of the USO dancer that she had been in her younger years. She was so kind to all the residents and so grateful to the staff for any little thing done for her. Hester will be missed by all.

Willie Robinson

July 6, 1926 - December 30, 2007

Willie was a treasure to everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. "The Elder Statesman of the Blues," Willie sang in clubs with his band right up till the end of his life. Staff and residents will remember him most for belting out songs in the halls and lobby everyday. He put a smile on everyone's face. Willie will be missed by all

September 2, 1920 - December 16, 2007

Ed called Mount Pleasant his home for 28 years. He and his long-time companion, Agnes Keogh, arrived together and stayed till August 2007, when they both moved next door to Goddard House. Ed was such a gentleman and offered his help to everyone. He gladly would greet people at the door or even answer the phones. Ed will be missed by all.
