Charles H. Farnsworth Charitable Trust Gift of $500,000 toward Expansion
and Renovation Project
Residents and staff celebrated the receipt
of a $500,000 gift from the Charles H. Farnsworth Charitable Trust
towards our Expansion and Renovation Project. Construction is scheduled
to start this fall. Representatives of the
Charles H. Farnsworth Charitable Trust and its Trustee, Bank of America,
visited the Mount Pleasant Home on July 13 to present the check for the
Home’s renovation and expansion project, intended to provide housing and
supportive services to an expanded group of needy elders.
